1. Enemies Of Rome
Furius and Cossinius can't capture the rebel slaves army, nor properly keep their plans secret. Realizing hiding will be much harder in winter, Spartacus decides to capture a town. The senate lacks funds and men to mount a suitably large army.
2. Wolves At The Gate
Spartacus' army needs a city to pass the winter, so his war council plans how to conquer well-guarded Sinue. Marcus Crassus completes preparing his legionary army. Tiberius fears being side-tracked in favor of a young general: Caius Julius Caesar.
3. Men Of Honor
Crassus sends Tiberius ahead to observe Sinuessa and wait. Spartacus strikes a deal with a band of traveling marauders to ensure his people stay supplied and fed. Crassus' son Tiberius makes a bold and fateful decision regarding his future.
The possible infiltration of a Roman spy into the rebel camp, causes tension to mount between Spartacus and his men. Crassus uses an abandoned form of Roman punishment to teach his soldiers a brutal lesson following their cowardice in recent battles.
5. Blood Brothers
Tiberius seems a bitter, broken boy, having had to beat his comrade Sabinus to death. Spartacus puts a plan in motion to weaken Crassus' forces and gain the upper hand on the battlefield, but a betrayal threatens to foil his plan.
6. Spoils Of War
Caesar's masterly manipulation allows a triumphant Roman recapture of Sinessa. When Crassus attacks the rebel-occupied city, Gannicus becomes trapped behind enemy lines. Tiberius to arrange a celebration for a man his father loathes.
7. Mors Indecepta
With their forces trapped on an impassable, snowbound ridge, Spartacus and Crixus clash over a method of escape. Crassus finds it increasingly difficult to control the actions of those closest to him.
8. Separate Paths
Spartacus and the group of rebels come to a crossroads in their quest for freedom, while a relentless Crassus doggedly drives his men in the pursuit of Spartacus and his forces, while the conflict between Tiberius and Caesar intensifies.
9. The Dead And The Dying
Crassus discovers another fellow prominent Roman is apparently trying to take credit for crushing Spartacus' rebel forces. Spartacus attempts to secure a bargaining chip to use against his conquerors.
Spartacus and his army of outnumbered rebels make one last attempt to win their freedom in a final battle against the advancing Romans led by Marcus Crassus.
