Omni Consumer Products starts its new project of replacing the broken-down Detroit City with a new one, the Delta City. For this purpose, it intends to drive the citizens out of the city by force, using the help of armed forces. Robocop must team up with the civilians to protect their homes and fight back with its evil counterparts.
