Since graffiti arrived in the UK 30 years ago, it’s made a painful transition from social menace to acceptable art form. Narrated by graffiti veteran Goldie, this film examines how this change has come about, and continues to draw people to graffiti. Graffiti sheds light on an art form which is at once legal and illegal.
