1. Episode 1
Pungsang and his siblings are gathered for the funeral of their deceased father, but the situation is an uncomfortable one for everyone.
2. Episode 2
Pungsang tries to bring his family back together after his father’s funeral. Jinsang and Hwasang continue to cause trouble.
3. Episode 3
Pungsang struggles to keep the household running after Bunsil leaves. Meanwhile, Jiham tells his wife that he wants a divorce.
4. Episode 4
Oesang finds himself at Youngpil’s side whenever she needs help. An argument with Pungsang leads to Hwasang blurting out about Jeongsang’s affair.
5. Episode 5
Hwasang asks Pungsang for money so she can start a business. With Jiham’s help, Jeongsang is allowed to remain at the university hospital.
6. Episode 6
Oesang and Youngpil start dating, and Yeolhan asks Pungsang for Jeongsang’s hand in marriage, but she is firmly against this idea.

Bunsil packs her bags and leaves with Jungi, telling Pungsang she wants a divorce. Jeongsang decides to marry Yeolhan.

Pungsang cannot bear to tell his family that he has cancer. Yangsim lies to Oesang about what Pungsang did with his settlement money.

Youngpil decides to trust Oesang, but the mother of his soon-to-be-born baby turns up at his house. Yeolhan continues to push Pungsang about a liver transplant.
10. Episode 10
Youngpil finds out that Oesang has a woman who is pregnant with his child. Jinsang plans to take his revenge on Miryeon.

Pungsang’s family is evicted from their home and car center. He also fails to reconcile with Jungi. Jinsang’s attempts for revenge get him into trouble.
12. Episode 12
This time, Yangsim goes to Oesang to ask for money. Meanwhile, argument breaks out between Pungsang and Oesang on Jinsang’s birthday.
13. Episode 13
Pungsang stops Jinsang from carrying out his revenge. Jeongsang tries to find out if her siblings will be fit for a liver transplant for Pungsang.
14. Episode 14
Oesang finds out that he is a half-brother to the rest of his siblings and goes back to his old gang. Meanwhile, Pungsang is arrested for fraud.
15. Episode 15
Pungsang is abandoned by all of his siblings except for Jeongsang. Bunsil tries to persuade Jinsang and Hwasang to help save him.
16. Episode 16
Bunsil tells Bogu that she will care for Pungsang and gets tested to see if she will be a match for Pungsang. They celebrate their wedding anniversary.
17. Episode 17
Yangsim offers to be a donor for Pungsang. Oesang gets badly hurt in a gang fight and is admitted into intensive care.
18. Episode 18
Jeongsang and Jinsang catch Yangsim trying to run away before the surgery, but fail to persuade her. Bogu steps up and volunteers to donate his liver.
19. Episode 19
Hwasang decides to donate her liver with Jeongsang. Jinsang, for his part, is also determined to give his liver to Punsang.
20. Episode 20
Pungsang finds out that Oesang is in the ICU. Hwasang finally accepts Chilbok’s feelings for her. Oesang miraculously regains consciousness.
